1 day hiking on Doi Suthep National Park.
This tour is the occasion for the people who would like to go hiking in the jungle several of the tree but do not have enough time or do not like to stay at the village. So, this is worth for your holiday, because you can also go to visit Doi Suthep Temple and have possibility to hike in the nature.
Doi Suthep Temple is one of many important Temple in Chiang Mai which Thai people are convienced or believe that it is a "Must place". The distance from city up to the hill is 15 kilometers. There are spectacular views of Chiang Mai city and at a high of 1000 meters above the sea level this is mostly deciduous wild or forest and evergreen above this height.
So that, the people who go to visit Chiang Mai, would like to go there once in their occasion to see such a nice temple, good temperature, beautiful scenery and holy for Thai people.
The temple has been here for 628 years and the park was established in 1981 ( 30 years ago ). Then they called this park is Doi Suthep-Pui National Park.

Because the tour is full program and we need time to do, so we should leave hotel at 08.00 am. It is a nice time to pick you up.
We will drive up hill 15 kilometers to visit first Doi Suthep Temple. It is in the Suthep-Pui National Park. We will start with go a little bit uphill by a cable car. Then we will look around the temple, also Chiang Mai city views. After this we will walk to see the pagoda ( short skirt, short pants or off-the-shoulder clothes are prohibit ).
After that we will walk down on 300 step of the stair.
Then we will hiking through the wild with several of tree and liana to Hmong tribal village and have our lunch there. After eating lunch we will walk around the village, then leave Hmong village and walk through the jungle again. On the trail we will stop at a nice water fall and rest for a cup of coffee or tea.
Then we will carry on until to the main road where the truck will be waiting to pick us up there.
If we still have time we can cross the road, walk to Huay Keaw water fall and Kru-ba-Sriwichai monk statue. This statue shows a monk who leads the Buddhism and he started to build the road to Doi Suthep Temple.
We will be back at the hotel in the city about 05.-05.30 pm.
